High-resolution images/PSD files/AI files /PDF files (better to be vector files) of your designs. If you select 'Blank', we will be mailing the product without any design on it. (Printing fees are already counted in your order while you select your options.)

We will keep in touch with you to ensure the final design is all set down and ready to print. Once production starts, you can not make any changes to the design.
We currently only accept credit/debit card payments.
We currently only support domestically shipping in the United States

Duration of communication and design: 1 - 3 days

Duration of produce and finish: 7 - 10 days

Duration of delivery (Not including the design & production time): Depends on the customer's location and the mailing service selected.
Our products are all customized by customers, and we do not accept unreasonable returns and refunds. Unless the products were found to collide during transportation and result in damage when customers received them. Any intentional damages will not be compensated by us. Customers must provide relevant pictures or video proofs before we can approve the return and refund services requests. We will bear postage costs for returns.

If customer requests a refund and claims that she/he didn't receive the product but the delivery status showed it was delivered, we do not make a refund for this situation. We will provide the order tracking number and delivery status of the shipment if needed. Otherwise, please wait for a few days and the shipment will get to you. Please consider the transportation under holidays and bad weather.
